刚去新宿区役所办了个登记，结果咨询处和受付的全是老中，刚开始お待たせ致しました的时候态度还好，看到在留卡国籍中国以后就开始甩脸子，操着极不标准的东百腔调支语开始对应，我没听清问了一下还翻白眼，态度差的批爆，有一种去大使馆办事的感觉
刚看了眼新宿区官网意见页面还不能匿名投诉，我哈哈了
不知道别的自治体状况如何，政府机关还不得不去，我真麻了

我去过几次区役所都没碰到这种情况，因为能用日语沟通所以也不要求找中文对应，不对，应该是千方百计避开老钟

至少要能正常交流吧，不然日本人也没多少耐心。毕竟日本公务员是真的为公民服务，不太愿意花太多时间单纯对应你本人。

这次去区役所就是遇见的两个staff（一个接待一个对应）全都是日文挨拶，开始办理的时候一看我在留卡就开始讲中文了，没有说是因为我听不懂日语才换了中国staff或者开始讲中文。
今天连续两次对方切换语言的瞬间我都感觉和做梦一样，完全没有预料到，办完出来的时候还是懵逼的。
