小弟刚申到一个美国csranking 60左右的phd，但本人其实对川普上台后美国的种族歧视比较悲观。所以想寻求建议，如果想毕业后润日的话，应该做哪些准备呢

kyc1ofk· ↗读博后就纯找教职，就职就纯就职，在日本最好不要混着做。做完哪怕只有一期博后再去就职的话就职范围急速收缩。
学术路线就猛学日语。不是考证应试日语，是最终目标能用日语教书，就像在英语国家找教职也没人关心你托福雅思考多少一样。现在英语国家出身的非日裔或非日籍黄色人种在日本的最强竞争对手是越来越多会流利日语的白人。日语不行的话就只能祈祷没有这种同期的白人来和你抢为数不多的教职了（哪怕会流利日语，白黑黄外人里一般也会优选白人黑人，因为比较肉眼可见的diversity）。其次就是发展日本学术关系，方便日后找研究室接受你做博后，这个应该是common sense具体就略过了。

不过知乎有一位东工大的准教授，可以向他取取经，虽然说文科还是中国研究方面
