想问问现在在日本工作的朋友们，40岁，美籍,有10+年湾区tech工作经验的话如何可以在日本就业？大概target在什么方向？会不会因为年龄其实很重而没有工作机会？
本人日语n1，日语交流无障碍，平时以刷5ch为主所以对日本文化有一定了解。。

1.欧美外资互联网公司投投简历，收入的话往目前收入1/2以下打折甩卖价考虑。
2.如果财务自由的话，又想常驻日本生活的话，办个经营管理签就行。其他乱七八糟的项目就别投了，大概率亏。
花个2亿日元左右买个ビル或者アパート收租就好，嫌收租麻烦的话，委托房产管理公司就行，保证自己的公司有足够流水和纳税就好。
