美国和日本怎么选？

被别人介绍来到这个sub，想问一下这里大家的意见，谢谢！

本人猪肝红，什么其他身份都没有。在美生活多年，某科技大厂工作，绿卡遥遥无期。可以选择被调到日本，但对日本不熟。工资会下降，但是在日本也算非常非常高。 本人特别想拿外国护照，语言障碍不是问题。 在美国生活时间太久 没怎么看过中美之外的世界。想去尝试不一样的生活,且热爱旅行。如果在美国等绿卡就要赔上整个青春，心有不甘。 本人比较喜欢日本文化和饮食，也喜欢烟火气息，但不确定自己会不会适应日本社会的生活。

对于我来说(以我个人的理解来看)，美国和日本的优势和劣势如下:

美国对于日本的优势: 赚钱多 美元美股强势 居住环境好一点 已经适应美国生活

日本对于美国优势: 拿身分快 (入籍稳吗？) 物价低 买房子比较快

不一样是肯定的，但是日本社会原子化比较严重，生活上过好自己的就好，融了当然会好一些但是不融也影响不大。日本人在日常交往里不会把歧视表现在外面，表面上大家总是过得去。而且英语流利在美多年的人其实是会被相当一部分日本人高看一眼的（身边有这类人，日本人就吃这套）。您这个收入水平如果移居日本的话邻居同事之类的社会关系的主体也不会太抽象的，基本都是体面人

职场的话我身边供职在美企日本分社的人普遍体验是企业文化比较贴近美国企业，同事国际化程度也比较高，体感上除了要适应日本这边的商务礼节和一部分日式管理模式之类的之外，主要体验和在美国工作差别应该不会很大

换护照就更容易了呀，日本归化比拿永住简单，在日呆满五年收入稳定即可

请问一下前辈，一些在日华人流传说在家乡住够五年申请归化的时候，其实还有很多隐性条件，无形中卡你归化的进程，这是真的吗？

具体的条件其实入管局的官网上给的材料都列出来了，研究那个就可以，(https://www.moj.go.jp/MINJI/minji78.html#a08)甚至对归化者本人收入没有要求

所谓隐性的条件个人看法影响比较大的是生活和职业的安定性，具体来说就是稳定且正常的合法工作或者和日本人亲属·抚养人的具体关系的真实性。归化审查期间一般是一年左右，除了申请时候的面试之外，在审查期间如有必要审查官是会去申请人的住所家访或者以各种形式联系公司确认工作状况的。这些都是为了验证材料的真实性和研究申请人的具体生活状况

你就别想着融入日本了，其实他们自己也挺自闭的，普通人圈层不可能进入上层混，非常看出身，看血统，看校友关系（看你小学在哪上），非圈内人士很难跨阶层交往。

普通阶层就简单了，就是看学历看工作看收入，你有能力待人谦和有礼，自然受欢迎，像你这种情况，只要别想着跨阶层，在日本混完全没问题

加拿大入籍要住满三年才能申请 (拿枫叶卡之前住两天算一天 最多算一年) 算上拿枫叶卡的时间和审批时间 其实也没有快过日本归化太多。。。

日本怎么说呢，的确很压抑，日本人并不会跟你交心，喜欢背地里议论人。你如果是个人才，想获得自己水平的薪酬还是很难的，你只能跟那些平庸懒惰的普通人获得一样的薪酬。而且因为世界局势的影响日本右翼也有点蠢蠢欲动，身为中国人应该多加考虑才对，日本并不是天堂。作为中国出来的人才果然还是应该试试欧洲尤其是北欧德国才是最好的选择。并且没有日本右翼以及对中国的歧视这种问题。

对呀，如果你很平庸也没有赚大钱的野心。日本确实很不错。但是你人很优秀，又想奋斗赚钱。看到如此优秀的自己跟那些草包一样的薪水待遇。内心会十分不平衡的，况且日本是那种一眼望到头的生涯，这种不甘心的感觉会贯穿一生的，尤其是碰到一个水平很差却颐指气使的上司，这上司可能要在你头上待一辈子。很让人不舒服。

中国现在只是在转型的阵痛期，正在低谷当中。但是将来的光明还是会来的。我还是建议来沿海扎根，渡过了困难时期就是一个新的红利期。根据可靠的内部消息，新的大放水在考虑当中，我的建议先回国把快钱赚了再说，然后再去日本养老，日本虽然安逸但大钱根本挣不了，中国虽然风险很高，但这波挣快钱的机会不容错过。

对于已经润到澳美加的华人，二次想润到日本我是十分不建议的。时间和金钱成本划不来，不如咬咬牙在澳美加欧陆度过这段困难时期，未来将是一篇坦途。已经在澳、美、加、新的各路华人可以算算沉没成本，之前的艰辛全都付之东流，又要重新学日语这种小语种，英语是越学越简单，日语越学越难，华人还是需要慎重考虑的。
