实际上日本的食物中毒案件可以参考厚生劳动省的数据。2023年患者数11,803人。可以和台湾比较，2023年台湾食品中毒患者4,495人。众所周知台湾是东亚天花板民主之光，能够和台湾旗鼓相关说明日本食安不算太差。
