包括你去开银行账户也是，不会直说你日语不好或者没满六个月（因为本身确实没有明文规定），会各种找理由不给你开。

lwepxb4·OP·岸田の宝· ↗大概原因是这个房子后期有想转手，日本租房契约成立后房东就是弱势方，租户不提出解约房东要解约的话要赔一大笔钱，日本人租一户建可能真的住到死，中国小留合租一户建撑死也就三四年。
