你这表达太不准确了，找到工作的15%不是技人国签证的概率。技人国只要有offer，正常都是通过的，就是审核时间问题

也不一定,要是拿得是老中IT派遣公司的offer,还是有很大概率留不下来,只有拿到纯日企或老中上市公司的Offer才算稳妥. 同样是拿Offer两者的要求又是天差地别,也算是变相打分制了吧

但你夸张了。IT派遣是不稳定，我身边也有人大专无经验IT派遣没业务，但他换了另一家IT，能续下签证就可以。身边挺多找老中公司的，比如不动产等，签证也是稳定的给，留下来问题不大。而且我之前也在老中一家企业，第一次入管给了5年签。

"人大专无经验IT派遣没业务，但他换了另一家IT"
这种条件,换了一家IT就可以派出去吗? 签证没问题这点我可以理解,但是问题是如果没有现场,待机费很低甚至不给,那签证5年也没用了呀,还是说网上的待机现象都是"失败者偏差",实际上行情没有那么糟糕?

你说的是IT，所以我举例了一个身边IT。我只能说可能有业务的，不然他此时都得卷铺盖回国了。以及有一个外语做IT也呆了两年多了。然后不动产和其他行业是没有问题的。
