mrqiuml·OP· ↗日本的华人公司没有几个正常的，除了那些国内知名的企业在日本开的分公司算正常，真是不知道中国的老板怎么就这么坏。日本法律规定的社会保险，华人公司入职之后还要玩试用期，试用期期间只能自己交国民健康保险，工作时计效率还要搞末位淘汰，更有甚者就给个当地所在县的法定最低时薪，中国的教育是不是只会教出来一堆坏逼，我现在都深感怀疑。

mrvav8t· ↗没有日本学历，找工作除了华人会社，要不就是去找日本会社的派遣或是契约社员的工作，至于正社员？（日本人都在排号呢，凭什么上来就找一个外国人当正社员），求职还碰的满脸是灰，人文签证的カテゴリ（种类）与上一份工作内容区别太大，考虑到续签时的难度，以及会社以前是否雇佣过类似的员工，（日语口语的水平在最低N2以上这个就不提了），这些都将成为求职路上满受歧视的考核点，根本只有永驻和日配才能在日本安心无忧的找工作。

n1rg545· ↗我现在国内自己创业，自己开店，做的也是实实在在的技术活，目前和我老婆年薪也有40万人民币左右，其实我目前收入在国内可以过的很好，当下也确实如此。但我打算五年后后去日本，我知道出去生活肯定要降级。目前在努力学日语。争取这几年学会，我没学历，但是有十几年行业技术沉淀，我老婆是本科，打算用他的家属签证出去，我出去的目的有2个，第一我对大环境不满，我接受不了没自由人权，第二是我儿子2年后要读小学了，我不想他接受这样的垃圾愚民洗脑教育，还每天那么辛苦学习，做无用功。想着这几年在存点钱，如果有个100万人民币到日本，就算刚开始几年不能适应，我们也不至于狼狈，几年后适应了自己有技术还怕赚不到钱吗，各位觉得我的想法怎么样。
