我觉得有两种可能，要么她确实有事，成年人都很忙，临时有事赴不了约也没办法。

或者你是不是约到小孩妹大学生了，临时突然不想去或者怕见人了，要么就是完全没把约定的时间放在心上给你忘了临时才想起来。
