普通二本艺术专业，出来工作四年了都是在小学里面做合同工，每个月只能拿5000，对体制内对老师这份工作已经累到不想再回头，工作几年也没有什么积蓄，找了几个月的工作全部都没有回音…… 现在的心愿是想找一份能躺平不加班，有双休的工作。想知道我这种没有技能的人学了日语去日本，能找到工作吗…… 补充：因为我是lgbt，预感国内以后不会很好，日本感觉是目前最低成本可以出去的国家，所以想试试

会有希望，但你不一定能接受的了现实。。希望就是在你日语好后，根据每个人的情况而不同大概可能需要3年到5年以上，可以做很多种类的工作，月薪达到你目前3倍以上，上不封顶。现实是你不一定能接受刚来时找不到工作的难，找到工作后的低薪资，甚至低于国家最低时薪的工资，在工作中各种不会不懂被怼被骂。你现在虽是合同工，但也是老师，学生听你的，家长也尊敬你，名声上是老师周围也羡慕你，你能接受过来后身份上的巨大落差吗？

5000不错了。有这个动力拼一下不是不行。但是说实话，为什么不收红包+补课费？ 开发一下班上比较富裕家庭的学生，没什么么成本，一年收个十万块还是可以的。

日本LGBT租房都困难，而且同性伴侣并没有实质意义上的法律效益。

社会文化和法律从来不在乎，甚至默许（不排除支持的可能性）歧视少数人群，你如果计划追求对于性少数更自由的环境，说实话前往日本并不是一个理智的选择。

艺术类毕业找得到工作，前提是你需要有本地学历以及人脉，问题是如果没有存款，个人感觉对于现在的你来说也比较困难，艺术类大学院学费本身就不低，而且奖学金也少。

你这样的情况我建议通过N2后再申请去日本。有了日语N2+本科学历就满足找工作的基本学历要求。但是你没有在日本生活几个月的话，你口语和对日本社会的融入不够。而且很多工作你没有到日本根本没法面试。所以可以通过语言学校过渡。另外就是你学艺术的话不知道是音乐还是美术。如果美术的话你可以考一些制图类的资格证有利于着设计制图类工作。当然要想100%就职的话，不烧大龄也会选择一年制或者两年制的专门学校，在学校中学习考取资格证，通过学校内部推荐实现实习和就职。
