nrb1vys· ↗我就在东京。东京有钱人不住一户建。因为一户建位置普遍偏僻。东京很多人都住塔楼。香港以及中国在高层建筑管理上有很多缺陷。譬如修缮费。日本是每个月交修缮费且定期修缮。各种服务都很规范。香港这些楼是发现已经太破旧一次性征收大笔修缮费。结果收不上来。我估计中间有些手脚把报价压的太低。导致修缮公司往死里压成本。根本没考虑防火。这是中国一个通病

nrt1wl5· ↗香港人很喜欢日本的，对日本歪曲的主要是黄俄区出生的马列红领巾，毕竟香港过去二十年有一百万内地移民。你判断黄俄区的个体是人类还是猴子，看他对日本和美国如何评价即可。这是一块试金石。顺便说一下香港人热衷于移民，并不是因为香港烂，而是香港在快速变烂中，你把一碗鸡汤倒进一个粪坑，粪坑并不会带有鸡汤味，但是鸡汤肯定是粪味十足。大湾区的深圳绝不可能变成香港，而香港变成佛山只是时间问题。
