料理名：碎肉炒时蔬拌面 材料：焼そば、玉ねぎ、鶏むね肉、すきなもの 作り方:1.鸡肉切丁可以腌制也可以不腌制，我懒得弄。洋葱和蔬菜切碎放菜板上。 2.热锅然后往锅里倒サラダ油，炒菜不用倒太多摇两下让锅里覆盖即可。热油，热好了下肉下去炒熟。然后可以倒点七味和胡椒调味。倒蔬菜下去一起炒一会就可以关火出锅了。 懒人完全可以一次炒一大锅用便当盒分开装吃饭的时候レンジ加热一下倒面上。 3.洗碗台用便当盒装点热水往锅里倒。下面条和火腿肠之类的。（面会煮吧）面我觉得还是现煮现吃，放久了真不行。 4.面用漏勺滤水出锅，撒你喜欢的调味料搅拌，我会加一个なまたまこ。最后把炒菜淋上去，完成。 5.别忘了面汤，用打蛋的碗打上来就有汤喝了。

我说句实在话，面比米便宜多了，直接买大包装的业务用soba回家冻着。
