先介绍一下背景，我从小就是个反骨，从小学到高中一直被老师加同学合伙霸凌，成绩很差，有自杀倾向，厌世，自闭，谁都不信任。父母给我送到美国野鸡大学，经过5年的文明社会洗礼变成个正常人，但是因为荒废了18年的学业，大学跟不上的，技术很一般虽然很努力了，但是还是不行没能留下来，滚回了中国，找了半年的工作才找到个薪资4000的程序员工作，期间我拼了命的找润出来的机会，找了足足3年，终于通过派遣公司润了出来。剩下就是日本的经历了。

润过来时是一个很烂的中国人开的派遣年收4百万日元，嘴上说工作任选，实际上是随便安排一堆面试，第一个手续办完的就给扔过去了，现场也是个中国人公司，半夜叫我起来赶工作因为临时增加了需求，看我前后端都能做，直接开除了后端的让我一个人做两个人的活而且工资不变。这种企业无法待，于是我开始拼命的发简历面试，三个月面试了30多次，面试到了一家美企派遣后立刻辞职走人，三个月就走了，还赔了一万人民币给他们当签证费用。

通过新的派遣公司我在一家国际上市公司当码农，年薪500万，这个期间我开始第一努力扎实基本功和补课（操作系统，编译原理，网络架构，设计模式，软件工程学），第二努力学习日语，完全自学，来日本前自学半年，现在学了两年了，基本可以和日本人流畅沟通了，工作汇报勉强能完成。并且不停的为项目组和其他组提供各种帮助，在几个项目组之间算是谁都认识我了。有问题就查资料，查不到或者不懂就多问，很充实的一年多过去了，年末时工资涨到了600万。

这一年的努力没有白费，东家承认了我的努力并开放了一个转正的机会，但是这个机会有难度因为不是码农而是lead，而我工作经验只有5年，为此我面试了5次，期间不断的查资料，加上我的队长还有别的队伍的队长给我的推荐（真的很感激这些帮助我的人），我在这个月月初正式转正，年薪涨到了800万日元。

总结这段时间的经历，对我帮助很大的几点，第一是基础知识，第二是英语能力，第三是愿意去执行计划不会挫败的心，第四是人际网络（没有大家的帮助和认可我什么都不是），第五是诚信说到做到言行一致（信任就是这么建立起来的）。

确实是这样，窝和op经历挺像的，也是因为比较有个性比较有正义感而被针对导致心理疾病，整天自闭打游戏不愿意相信任何人，润澳之后人开朗了很多主动参加各种大小活动了，刚来两个月就认识了不少人交了不少朋友

500万算是东京中等。600万算是偏上了。东京绝大多数人没这么高的，35岁也就500万左右。这po主没吹的话算是乘风起飞了。

800万在IT业不算稀奇，但传统行业确实难。不过要注意这数字是税前，到手大概砍掉30%？另外行业差距比国内夸张，金融和IT能差出两倍（笑）
