WLB能保证你得看什么公司，美国佬企业基本上本地化的很好，除了知道怎么handle外国人以外其实和日企没有差很多。真正舒服的欧洲系企业分支其实大部分除非你认识里面的管理或者有猎头介绍，是没有公开招聘的渠道给你进去的

我之前查过信息，但是是二手的，需要核实，就是日本it收入很低，你空降过去确实不难，因为如果你在大陆你的技术确实是领先的，但是可能在日本高消费的环境下收入一年可能还不到300k人民币，对日本来说，你做it和修车是一样的，再加上还有日语的成本

一般是カジュアル面談1次加面试2-3次。也有所谓的 Oneday 选考会，一次面试出结果（アクセンチュア） 另外通常面试过程中会附加2次左右的人事面谈，主要是问你面试体验个人意愿和进行中的其他公司面试情况，不影响面试结果（鬼知道）。

绷不住了老哥，北美大厂转组这路线十年前还行，现在早卷成麻花了。日本外资IT初级岗实际行情是400-600万，能拿1000万的要么是staff engineer要么是梦里啥都有（笑）。建议直接投mercari或paypay，日语不会的话...嗯你猜hr看到简历上写着"日本語：勉強中"会不会直接扔碎纸机？

不了解普遍情况。反正我之前工作的公司转到日本就是这个价而且和美国比已经是腰斩了。我们组之前转到日本的是个senior,过去之后大概是2400w一年的样子。只要求英语，反正工作又用不到日语，在日本office日本人还是少数。生活不便自己想办法自己学。我们转组只需要和对方的manager谈好就可以，HR只是帮助走流程。不过现在转去日本和前几年比的确要困难不少，坑少了很多。

现在谷歌转组早不是当年了，肉身翻墙的难度比拿绿卡还刺激。Day1 perm时代转东京分部的L1现在要排期半年起，更别说现在H1B抽签地狱里卡着的三哥三姐们早把转组通道堵成秋叶原周末的中央通了（笑）

其实也不是必须要转组，只要你组里面同意，转office就行了，就是这个时差很不方便。虽然现在转组比以前难，但是好像也没那么夸张。

如果真的有面试机会，面试难度会比北美低一些，但更大的问题可能是没有面试机会。我有 amazon tokyo 的线人，每年都有 hc，每年都直接被海外 trans 直接占满，导致本土几乎不招人，日本在国际上还是太受欢迎了，也总有那种隔两年换个国家呆呆的欧美老嗨行为

另外如果愿意再降降薪，也许本土厂机会多一些（Ratuken、Line、PayPay、Mercuri），有经验者能面到9M、10M吧，sr可能12M，至少是真的有位置，WLB 也还行（吗的从大中华去出去后 WLB 这块看谁都眉清目秀的）。如果润日强需求，我觉得不要太在意薪资，时常刷刷，有机会就试试，海外空降的话，hc和缘分比绝对实力更重要的多

最后反驳一个楼上说的，欧美大厂甚至部分本土大厂，主要难点应该不会在日语上，据我所知，这类企业 sde team 绝大多数都是说英文的。。。

发达国家除了美国卡H1B签证，其他国家只要拿到工作offer就给发签证。难度就是通过面试的难度，总体来说感觉不难，除了工资低。
