本人工科出身，上海本地人，很喜欢日本，非常喜欢日本的汽车文化（主要也是为了这个），20年以前黄金时期高中交换过一次，早稻田，京都大学交换过一年后就立志一定要留在日本以后。非常努力的学日语，现在也能流畅开口了，结果现在大学本科明年毕业后一切都变了😭全球都开始移民严格化😭不想离家太远而且学了这么久日语也不想放弃，日本还是目前最好的选择。目前已经拿到秋田市的一个offer（不想去大城市)，未来会不会更难留下😭😭😭

秋田这种乡下企业反而容易给五年（毕竟没人想去🤣）现在入管对地方企业的签证年限放得宽，去年我朋友拿的offer在青森直接给了三年更新。永驻日语要求真要实施的话估计得N2起步，但归化路线可能更稳？

秋田那边制造业相关的嵌入式开发岗挺多的，汽车零部件厂和精密仪器会社都在招C++/Python选手。Web系的话小城市反而更缺全栈，React+Go组合最近看到好几个地方在要。建议在澳洲先把日语冲到N2，攒两年Cloud（AWS/Azure）经验再面日企海外支社，比直接硬刚本土派遣强多了。之前有朋友走这条路拿过北海道某市役所的系统开发岗，年收450w还算滋润🤝 关键小城市HR对日语容错率高，N2有实战项目就能聊，大城市反而卷语法正确性（抽象）
