这项原本作为临时措施引入、并被设想在条件成熟后废除的税收，长期以来却因政府的需要被事实上当作一般财政收入来使用。尽管相关问题多次被讨论，但最终仍被搁置了将近五十年，民众的不满也一次次在含糊的解释中被敷衍过去。

不觉得对价格有很大影响，我家附近几个加油站的油价也就降了7%-9%左右。无论如何你日油价在哪个尺度上都是高的，不觉得降15%以下有什么实际影响，对于首都圈和大阪圈，中京圈大量无车族来讲更是无关痛痒了。

遗产税和赠与税追根溯源也是日俄战争时期为了举债抗俄导入的“临时举措”，有人会想着废掉这俩税吗？唯一的区别是遗产税和赠与税事后转正，且被GHQ肯定，但当一个税事实上收了40年它是不是”暂定"重要么？
