PT这行确实起薪天花板低，但胜在永住稳如老狗。建议在校期间猛刷介护福祉士资格，毕业直接转介护预防领域。现在日本搞地域包括ケア，很多自治体外包预防事业给PT，时给能到3000円+。我认识的前辈靠这个三年存够头金自己开诊所，专做中国人富裕层的康复训练，收费是市价三倍（笑）。关键要把中国式人情商法融入日本医疗框架，比如给患者家属拉line群搞"VIP健康管理"🤫
