上次有個研究鈣鈦礦太陽能的日本教授，因為註冊專利費太貴，就只在日本註冊。

結果變成全世界都可以免費使用這項專利，只有日本被限制不能生產。現在中國變成鈣鈦礦太陽能產品最大生產國，免費使用，還在各地搶註冊專利
