有感。我去JR失物招領的時候，被要求自行打電話，問題是我沒有日本的電話，而且那個號碼也打不通(旅館幫我打了好幾次)。 後面兩個白人丟了雨傘，他們馬上拿出 tablet請通譯協助。

等那兩個人辦理好了，他們才開始處理幫我這邊找丟失的東西。我日語不輪轉(丟東西是我朋友，他不會日語)，也完全沒有找翻譯的意思。

然後他們找物品還是用Fax傳來傳去。氣的當場投訴，後面寫信給大臣。最後只收到罐頭文。
