从成果而言，俄罗斯能俘获maga芳心、上至特朗普，下至红脖子，还有欧洲那边也是几千万计的新极右势力对俄罗斯的那一套也“很感兴趣”——这还不算因为要故意挑起左右纷争、政治极化，所以要去俘获的极左阵营。而中共也花了不少钱在外宣上，甚至比俄罗斯更多，收获的只是上万个pro-ccp-tankies，扔到任何一个国家里面都在政治光谱里面可以做到完美隐身、忽略不计。
从手段而言，中国明确立了法要求中国人全民做间谍，俄罗斯却知道这个东西的边界在哪里。
从app而言，中国掌握了从reddit到tiktok一干西方社交媒体，比俄罗斯那真是高到不知道哪里去了，做出来的效果却是五毛味道大到溢出屏幕，洋人看了捂着鼻子走；而俄罗斯外宣做出来的阴谋论那真是精彩绝伦，构思巧妙——我现在很期待波兰人的爱泼斯坦的报告，因为我很想知道俄罗斯人到底是怎么利用爱泼斯坦报告编造出来的阴谋论，让民主党人觉得共和党烂透了、共和党人觉得民主党人烂透了——明明这帮人看的是同一份爱泼斯坦解密文件。
