比如现在3月7，你要找3月底可以住的房子，那就相当于只能找可以立刻入驻，这已经是比较极限的条件了。
反而你在3月要找5月甚至更晚的房子则可以放宽非常多。很多房源都是上家人没退房只是预订了退房时间就被下家订好了的。
