日本政府层都在东京 这种法律是怎么能推到全国的？ 我在距东京100Km的某县 市中心的最大的车站的红绿灯处骑自行车是很有空余并且很常见的 日本人也照样骑 更别说我去过北海道的小城市 人少的跟什么一样 这种地方完全没必要遵守住在东京港区的人制定的规则 各个市政府也应该出台自己的自行车规则 除了东京那种人类密集程度 其他地方完全没有这个必要

法盲差不多得了😅但凡上過日本的駕校都知道道路交通法一直都規定自行車走車道而不是人行道，只是一直沒有罰則而已

道路交通法本來就確實是這麼規定的，但凡在日本上過駕校的都知道，只是直到現在都沒制定懲罰規則而已。西方國家也基本都是規定自行車不該走人行道。如果覺得不好可以去推動改變法律。

至少在美国大部分州是允许自行车上人行道的，而且汽车司机和自行车之间的矛盾不是一般的大

我在英國生活過，歐洲貌似確實和米國不一樣，但日本國情和歐洲更相似（街道狹窄，人口密度高），而不是北米

美国又不是所有地方都是地广人稀，东北地区的大城市一样是路窄人多。纽约，尤其是曼哈顿，人口密度比西欧大城市和东京还高。柏林全市的人口密度还不如波士顿

人行道也就够4人并排走，机动车各道1辆车将将够。说白了还是路窄导致的

在日本不能利用人行道的话，对骑手来说增加了很大的难度。尤其是首都圈，谁骑车不利用人行道啊，其实乡下也一样。在日本目前之所以能骑车顺利很大的程度就是因为能利用人行道。所以不能理解也不支持这个法规。

当然作为人行道行人的话，日本有些人骑车的速度实在太快很容易反应不及。
