人在五眼国家打工，找零售超市工作面试竞争不过白人teenager，而且还是断断续续学了几十年的英语。
如果换成日语，以找到白领工作拿到技人国签证为目标的润日，假设某日企的某白领岗位进面比1：5，我该如何跟剩下的4个日本人竞争？能赢的情况我能想象得就几点：
1-实力碾压，国内技术做到经理以上，来日本找entry level炸鱼，
2-用逼碾压，1个女的，剩下4个男的，同等操作下女性的面试胜率绝对最大
3-渠道碾压，放弃办公室白领的赛道，找日本人🐶都不去的工厂仓库工地，去干驻场白领管理，或者半白领半蓝领。

osd8uta· ↗现在能拿技人国的岗位基本都会要求日文能够基本无障碍听说读写，在此之上才能谈竞争。而且日本事务职白领应聘者极度过剩，没有日本学历加上一门擅长的技术比高中生更难找工作。如果现在30岁以下可以来先读语言学校试试，再往上就极不推荐了。楼主有英语能力和西方国家经验很加分，可以包装一下试试海外营业岗。
