我在2022年刚入职的时候申请的信用卡也是没有额度了。
至少要工作几年+长期签证，外国人才能申请的到有额度的信用卡

留学生就算能申请，申请到的也都是0额度的信用卡。
对于一个语校一年一续签的学生而言，申请到0额度的信用卡都很有难度。人家金融机构又不是傻逼，坏账的风险人家肯定会考虑的。
