没有永住带来的安定预期，学日语就没有太大的意义了。完全是浪费留学生的精力金钱和时间。有这个时间不如学其他外语，在其他国家留学工作。政策改来改去只会削弱 日本的信用 。一边靠低价收割外国年轻人劳动力，一边还觉得自己亏了排外，这么做挺无耻的
