You can tell if someone is Japanese or Chinese.

It’s harder to tell they’ve assimilated, but mannerisms and accents are telltale signs.

Well not just Taiwan, Japanese people like tourists and immigrants from most of the Asian countries except China, Myanmar, and Cambodia. I live most of my life in mainland China but thankfully I was born in Hong Kong, my birthplace alone eliminated 80 percent of my troubles overseas.
