想去日本考特定技能考试的，旅游签都是问题，10万年薪这么凑出来，上次见到有回答可以办信用卡金卡但是问了ai又说只这个不够，补充一下经济情况:
打算让父母资金担保
月薪34千 (标准穷傻逼)
21年高位买的习近平大厦(小城市，市值大概70多万吧我也不太记得，现在租给别人2700一个月)
因为上一条原因导致没有存款
这条不确定性太大了可以当没写，以前拆迁赔偿的自建房，这种房子不知道能不能计入资产证明一部分又不是商业房)，而且房产证在上一辈手上，现在在出租，租金是上一辈收，还是我父母收，我也不太清楚
帮我看下，实在不行也不强求，说实话我这种到了日本也是工作一辈子拿不到身份，最后死在出租屋隔月被人发现的
