p5d503c· ↗As a US work visa holder, I wish there were an option to maintain status for as long as one remains employed. The system is broken. Companies literally have to put on a whole show (as well as the government and law firms) pretending they can't find local workers just to keep people who've already been doing the job for 5+ years.

In the U.S., since children get birthright citizenship, there isn't much difference between PR and citizenship for parents who plan to stay in the country.

p4y0joj· ↗应该说，日本的国民年金制度在设计上就没有考虑到外国人会加入、而且还要待到退休拿钱的问题。
假如干脆实施双轨制，外国人（非永住）不需要加入年金保险，申请永住时根据纳税记录再补，估计也不会有双方那么多冲突了。

退休年金預審：審查官會推算您退休後能領到的年金，是否能達到「以該收入加入厚生年金 30 年」的水準，不足者同樣需靠存款補足。
因為現在一堆拿永住與歸化直接領年金的。
