研修转特定技能不太清楚可行性，但特定技能二号没那么好弄，理论上需要干到小管理层，不知道会不会出现什么漏洞。
比较稳定的路线应该还是读个专门什么的去拿技人国吧，年龄大点的话也不知道这条路找工作难度如何。以前介护的话题也很火，但我不喜欢介护这种工作所以了解不多，印象里是挺好留的？

p51cype· ↗特二要公司支持才能考，难。反而没有特二的介护有初任者研修到考取介护福祉士换签证的路径，不过介护福祉士通过率没过半，而且要干了三年才有资格考，五年特一签证的期限内就只有两次机会考取，通不过也只能送中了，也是孤注一掷，亲密接触五年屎尿之后滚蛋。大家都是劝退，不过我还是觉得难关也可以一关一关过，做做看才知道行不行，不行也没什么损失，又不是不发工资
