你蜗现在在正急着赶人呢，你入籍了或者拿PR了按照现在尿性未来都可能给你让你赶紧滚，哪怕没有任何违法犯罪或者漏缴和晚缴。
而且楼主自己问题里面说很清楚是自己有房子梦想说白了也是没什么钱，而且现在可以确定利率继续上调，以后房贷更贵，而且买房是真没必要，完全等于让自己没有自由现金流。换句话正常房贷还完了，如果没有PR或者入籍还是要走人的，房子也不属于你。
现在现在它们也不想外国人继续拿身份，现在普通人买房真的纯给政府无脑送钱还降低生活质量。

papij1r· ↗差不多两年前买的，那时变动利率低的惊人，我的是0.3%，不过不是东京，算是关东圈。
利率虽然再涨，不过只要负担的起，我觉得还是买的合适，至少比租的划算。如果工作稳定，强烈推荐买。
主要是日本的利率是被迫涨的，而且也不敢涨太多，要不然日本政府比你还着急，他们的债更多。
而且日本大部分买房的都是变动利率，利率涨太高，还不起的首先是日本人自己。

你自己问题里面说很清楚是自己有的是房子梦想，说白了也是没什么钱，这个周日银刚加息，之前发话年末或者明年春季还会继续加息，以后房贷只会更贵，而且你买房是真没必要，完全等于让自己没有自由现金流。换句话你正常房贷还完了，房子在未来也不是属于你的。如果没有PR或者入籍，现在现在它们也不想外国人继续拿身份，你买房真的纯给政府无脑送钱还降低生活质量。
何况即使送钱是无所谓的，关键也要看这政府值得给它们值当还是不值当。
