Beautician require a license, which you need N2 level of Japanese to study to even to qualify to beautician classes, which will take two years to pass the license. Basically it will take four years of studying Japanese and beautician license. Convenience stores do not offer a work visa.

還有日本政府刻意不公佈任何數字或準測，包括這個年金到底要幾多供人參考昨日thread 一片在哀嚎，像樓主提及的工作的薪金數字，恐怕相當困難。但是不是一定是失敗的結果呢？政府方面又很含糊。所以很難決定。
不過如果你日語現在是0基礎，就比較悲觀

另外哪怕有积蓄这年龄下留学签证都费劲，工作签证没有日本人会给办的。
另外会勾引男人找日本男人甚至老头结婚倒是有可能留下，但是有这个本事的人，在国内都可以在英文相亲网站勾搭到欧美老头直接婚姻绿卡，跑去泰国见面的很多，不是非常喜欢日本的话相对都没什么优势。
说到底，勾引男人也是一种本事，所以你40岁到底积累了什么本领比较关键

pdzz73x· ↗Can only speak from my personal experience (N1 holder, but moved here with N2).
Firstly, is it possible to learn Japanese to N2 level in 2 years? It's unlikely, but maybe not impossible to just pass the test if that's your goal. Working in the language is another story though. Maybe it took me longer than average but it really took about 10 years of consistent study and everyday use here to feel comfortable to work entirely in Japanese.
Secondly, speaking Japanese is not a skill here (everyone speaks it), so it's more of a prerequisite and then you need a skill or something which is required here. From my experience, neither of the professions you mentioned are particularly understaffed that a company would go out of their way to sponsor a visa to hire (actually not even sure if there are visas for those roles types?)
If the goal is to come here, how about teaching English to try it out? Can move with no Japanese experience and there are companies who will sponsor your visa. Alternatively, how about signing up for a language course here so you can try out living here while learning Japanese?

pe04f27· ↗行动起来比较重要，也许在这个过程中你就找到了别的答案。同样离婚带娃地狱难度的我，两年前开始学英语现在已经到了可以用英文工作的程度（两年前是想润加拿大学英语🤣）现在也在学日语刚刚过n5，明年四月去日本读语校。人生没有什么绝对正确的事情，走着走着就触发了支线剧情，比如我，我在学习过程中发现了我学习语言的天赋，接下来可能会学更多语言😎
